- In the unlikely event that a product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must notify our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. A clear, unedited video recording of the package being opened is mandatory as proof to process any such claim.
Non-Returnable Items

- Gift cards or e-vouchers.
- Products that are opened, used, or not in their original condition.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Email us at contact@truedune.com with your order number and reason for the return.
2. Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and further instructions.
3. Ship the product back to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Products
- If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
