Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Products purchased as part of a set or promotional offer must be returned as a whole set.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased on final sale or during promotional events.
  • Gift cards or e-vouchers.
  • Products that are opened, used, or not in their original condition.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at contact@truedune.com with your order number and reason for
the return.
2. Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and further
instructions.
3. Ship the product back to the address provided. Customers are responsible for
return shipping costs.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48
  • hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
