After cleansing, apply the moisturiser evenly to face and neck and gently massage until absorbed. Follow with a generous amount of sunscreen, massaging upward until fully blended. Use the sunscreen 15–20 minutes before sun exposure and reapply every 2–3 hours when outdoors for continued protection.
